Wedding Officiant

Charolett believes beautiful weddings deserve beautiful ceremonies! Ordained by the state of Florida, your wedding officiant is Charolett Smith, experienced, and loves her work. Charolett is a master at helping you put together the perfect small intimate wedding ceremony, and has traditional and specialty ceremonies to make your day one you'll love.

Venues

Charolett can perform your ceremony anywhere in her service area. Your ceremony can be at your home, a venue of your choice or the beach! Charolett enjoys elopement ceremonies and small intimate beach ceremonies.
These are some of the beaches recommended: Pensacola Beach,
Perdido Key Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach (permit/fee required for Fort Walton).

 

Paperwork

After the ceremony, Charolett will take your marriage license to the county to be recorded. To get your license, apply at the appropriate county clerk's office with your photo ID, and payment (just under $100). Licenses are good for 60 days only. Partners receive their official copy in the mail in a few weeks after the ceremony.

Ceremonies

Special Ceremonies can make the event so much more memorable.
Ask about the Sand Ceremony, Love Lock Ceremony, Mother's Rose Ceremony, and a Hand-Tying Ceremony. Also: Vow Renewals, Same Sex Ceremonies, Elopements, and Christian/Non-Christian Ceremonies.  Pre-written vows available or write your own.

Pricing

Wedding officiant services start at $225.00 with pre-written vows. Your ceremony packages can include a decorate arch, decorative name sign, a table and tablecloth with a burlap sash and seashells for a sand ceremony, sand unity containers and tiki torches.  Prices vary per package. Call for a quick quote.  Military discount. Officiant takes your marriage license to the county clerk to be recorded. 

 

Pictures available with an Amateur Photographer for $100.00.  Pictures will be e-mailed to you within a few days!
